Your size
Add your waist or hips and we'll work it out.
We go with the bigger of the two. Pants that dig in are the ones that leak.
How to measure
A soft tape, a mirror and two minutes.
1 · Waist
Your natural waist, the narrowest part, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape level and snug.
2 · Hips
Feet together, round the fullest part of your hips and bum. Check in a mirror that the tape hasn't dipped.
Good to know
- Between sizes? Size up.
- Waist and hips disagree? Use the bigger one.
- Measure in underwear, not over clothes.
- Bloated? Measure on an average day. There's stretch built in.

Still not sure?
I'm between two sizes. Which one?
Go for the bigger one. Period pants work best snug, not tight. If the waistband digs in, the leg seal won't sit right.
What about teens?
Teen pants run UK 4 to 12, made for younger bodies and first periods. Measure the same way.
