- Pull the wings under the gusset of your underwear and snap the poppers together
- Wear comfortably for 6-8 hrs

- After use, rinse your pad in cold water until it runs clear
- Store in your DAME dry bag until possible to add to an existing dark load
- Machine wash up to 40c and line dry
