Choose your preferred method.
With a Reusable Pad
Open
Unpop, unroll, and fill with water if necessary.
Soak or Store
Drop your pad to soak (or store), then roll and pop shut.
Empty
Open, drain liquid, and rinse out (now or later).
With a DAME Cup
Open
Unpop, unroll, and half way fill with water.
Wash
Drop in your Cup, pop case closed, and shake clean.
Remove
Remove cup from bag, re-insert, then rinse case clean.

What is the DAME Period Case™?

How does it work with a cup?
