Bloody Good Period

DAME is pumped to buddy up with Bloody Good Period to help women in need. By buying a £5 donation box you will give a 2 month supply of sanitary protection, including a cotton bag and wallet to keep the products in.

Bloody Good aims to create a sustainable flow (pun intended) of sanitary protection for the women visiting f
ood banks and centres in the UK. Starting out in the New North London Synagogue (NNLS) and the New London Synagogue (NLS) Asylum Seeker Drop Ins, Bloody Good is here to help women.

Pads and tampons are not cheap, especially if you're not entitled to earn a living, but for most, they are an absolute necessity. Many women living in poverty have to resort to using toilet paper, old scraps of fabric or nothing at all.

What started as a whip-round on Facebook is growing into an exciting initiative which now also collects toiletries as well as period supplies.
